How does The Natures Fire reward points system work?

For every dollar you spend at NF, you will earn points; Points that can be redeemed for future purchases. Every 100 NF points you earn, you will be rewarded with $1 that can be used towards your next order with us.

You can see your reward points balance anytime, just go to my account.

To redeem your points, you will be presented with an option during the checkout process to cash in your points towards your pending order. You can’t miss it, it’s a big red banner across the top of the page.

Is it safe ordering with Natures Fire?

Of course! All orders are shipped in discreet smell proof packaging. We take stealth shipping very seriously. After your order is packed, we will update you with a tracking number so that you can track your order online. We have dedicated customer service and we will respond to any inquiry you may have about your order within 24 business hours. All orders over $200.00 are offered a free shipping option at checkout.

There are TONS of M.O.M. sites in Canada. Canada has been shipping cannabis in the mail since the 90’s and, to date, we cannot find any records of anyone ever having been charged for being the recipient of mail order cannabis/Extracts

With that being said, there is still a slight risk on both ends as we are not yet working with any federal approval, however, we are of course striving to do so. We have a GST/HST number and diligently pay our taxes. With legalization now a reality, its only a matter of time until you see Natures Fire operating in the fully regulated field.

We have also ensured our website is 100% https secure, meaning all of your private info is safe with us. See that green lock beside our website in the URL? That means we are a secure page, showing you only secure content. We pay monthly for top of the line security via Sucuri website security, as customer security is hugely important to us. Feel free to Google Sucuri to see just how well your info is protected.

We have also installed website Antivirus as well as a firewall – to further ensure your safety. All of this is done to ensure your anonymity. This is a costly security measure many other sites do not take. We advise that when shopping online for anything, including medical cannabis, that you look for the green lock (lock symbol may be a different color depending on your browser).

Your personal security is a very serious matter for us. Only the head staff at NF can see your personal info, and all personal info is deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Your personal information will never under any circumstance be released to a 3rd party once we receive it. After we receive IDs, addresses and email accounts for users of the site, all of the data is stored on an encrypted hard drive to ensure it cannot be accessed via any back doors. This way, even if the site were to have a vulnerability – all of your data is still safe. This is the same protocol used by many LP’s in Canada.

What coupon codes do you have?

You will find our current coupon codes and specials offers when they are available listed on the bottom notification ribbon at the footer of our website. Additionally, we have a variety of coupon codes available on various review sites such as Budhub Canada & The Chronic Beaver, as well as many others. Be sure to keep an eye out for them.

What do I need to do to be approved to shop with Natures Fire?

To become a member with NF, you will need to provide proof of age (19+) by sending your government-issued photo ID via email to naturesfire@protonmail.com


Upon registration we require that you send your Drivers License, Health-Card or Passport via email to verify your account. You can black out all info except for the DOB and Expiry.

Please note: Members are required to send a valid form of government photo ID (drivers license, health card, passport, Etc.) via email before an order can be processed. If you have not done so already, please email your ID. Registered members can shop, manage and order as usual.

How does Payment work?

We accept payments using Interac e-transfer (email money transfer). As a Canadian Citizen, you can send one using a Canadian bank or credit union. E-transfers are very easy and can be done in just a couple minutes.  ** We do not accept Paypal transfers.

Instructions for payment will be provided to you via email, shortly after you receive your invoice. We will always provide payment instructions via email as quickly as possible. Orders will ship only after the e-transfer has been received. If we receive your payment by 1:00 PM (EST) your order ships that business day, otherwise it will ship the next business day. Please ensure you follow the instructions in the email carefully, so we can ensure your order is fulfilled accurately and promptly.

For Wholesale Orders, We accept Cash in the Mail as well. If sending payment this way, please be sure to email us first at naturesfire@protonmail.com and confirm your order and receive mailing instructions. After we have received the funds, we will notify you and ship your order

Shipping Info.

What are the shipping fees?

A free shipping option is offered on orders over $200.00. We Ship ALL orders via Canada Post Express Post. We do NOT offer ANY OTHER options for delivery. You may request a Signature requirement on your parcel. For orders under $200.00, a $15.00 shipping fee will be added to your total.

When will my order ship/ What is the cut off time?

The cut off time for your order to be shipped the same day is 1 PM EST. The payment for your order must be processed before any orders are shipped out. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be shipped in a Canada Post pre paid express post mailer, sealed with a Foodsaver Vacuum-Seal bag, to ensure it is not odorous. We use Canada Post pre-paid express post mailers to ship all our parcels. If your parcel is too large to fit in a pre paid mailer, we will ship it in a cardboard box. All orders will ship discretely and be vacuum sealed to ensure they arrive safe.

Can I add to or edit my order?/Do you guys do refunds if something is wrong with my order?

When it comes to adding an item, the answer is unfortunately not. If you forget to add something to your order, please place another order.

When it comes to refunds, we do NOT offer ANY cash refunds whatsoever. If there is a mistake with your order, be sure to contact us and we will rectify the issue right away. Please be sure to video yourself opening your parcel from us, so that we can validate your claims should any problems arise.

We have years of experience and the industry and will make sure you are a satisfied consumer, 100% of the time.

Canada Post shows delivered, but I have not received my order?

Here are 2 likely scenarios:

  1. The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox or accidentally scanned it early – and it will be re-scanned shortly.
  2. What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it. This is especially true during the holiday seasons as parcel volume greatly increases during this time and Canada Post workers are often working long hours during these seasons.

If you do not get your package 2-3 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5-7 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable, lost, or sent to un-deliverable mail”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge.  (**NOTE – YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WAIT UNTIL THE CANADA POST INVESTIGATION CONCLUDES BEFORE WE CAN SHIP THE REPLACEMENT ORDER. We will always follow up quickly and efficiently if a package is lost. Like most retail stores, we do not offer cash refunds.

Out of thousands of packages delivered for us, we have noticed that Canada Post has about a 98.13% success rate. Meaning it is very rare that a package is lost, however, it does sometimes happen, unfortunately, and we will certainly replace your items if Canada Post does not deliver them properly, 1x free of charge.

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:

  • with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;
  • their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;
  • around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

Canada Post tracking information has not updated recently?

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in a little while, it’s most likely because of your package missing a scan, which is fairly common as Canada post processes thousands of packages daily. This DOES NOT MEAN you will not receive your package, it is still on its way to you.

After you’ve received your tracking number, please allow Canada Post at least 24-48 hours to update their site with your shipping information.

Our Extractions

What is the difference between Shatter, Sugar wax and Rosin? What is Rosin Jam?

Shatter is the most popular form of BHO Concentrate on the market today. It is made by using a solvent (Butane, Hexane, Etc.) to clean the trichomes off of the cannabis flowers. Our setup uses a closed loop system and a de-waxing chamber. The resulting product is vacuumed and heat purged in a Vacuum oven, and the end result is a glassy or pull and snap type of consistency.

Very Similar to shatter are “Saps” & “Sugar Waxes”. They are made in a very similar way to shatter, but are generally not put through a de-waxing column. Sugar wax/Sap is generally a little bit higher in terpene content than shatter is, making it more desirable for some users.

Rosin is made by Pressing flower, hash or kief in a micron bag with heat and pressure. There is no Solvent involved. Many people prefer this style of concentrate over bho as it is solventless and generally contains a higher terpene content.

Rosin Jam is one of our most popular forms of concentrate. It is made by slowly heating up an already pressed rosin (hash rosin or flower rosin) in a mason jar that is fully sealed. This process (commonly referred to as jar-tech) will allow pressure to build in the jar, and many of the fats and lipids will “cook” out of the product. This results in a much cleaner, tastier end product for the user to consume. This can also result in “Crashing” which will over time create THC-A diamonds. The “Sauce” is the layer of terpenes that remains on top of the crystallized THC. Solventless “diamonds and sauce” are made this exact way, though 90% of the time the starting material for solventless diamonds will be hash rosin, as the chances of flower rosin crashing are fairly low, though not non-existent.

The “Jar Tech” Process can also be used to create “BHO Diamonds”. This is how we’ve always done our diamonds and sauce.

How is your Shatter Made? What about Sap and Sugar Wax?

All of our Shatter is made from AAA-AAAA+ Craft Cannabis. Many of the strains we use for shatter are grown in house with our partner, Berlin Flower Co. A couple of our staple strains include the legendary Indica, B.C. Godbud, and the mouth-watering Hybrid Papaya Punch.

Our Shatter is made with “Puretane” butane, ensuring a clean product. We use a closed loop system, as well as a de-waxing chamber. Our Vacuum oven is made by Across International. When purging, we use fiberglass Reinforced PTFE Terp proof sheets to ensure nothing leeches into the product. All of our Shatter is purged for at least 120 hours.

We use a very similar method when making our sap and sugar wax, we just skip the de-waxing chamber. Our wax and sap are made in a food grade glass pyrex dish and purged in our Vacuum oven for a minimum of 120 hours.

What is Rosin Jam? What are Solvent-less Diamonds?

Rosin Jam is made by doing “jar tech” on already pressed flower or hash rosin. Jar Tech is done by simply putting the desired amount of concentrate into a mason jar, sealing it off, and heating it up gradually for a few days. During this time, a few things can happen. One of those things is that a-lot of the fats and lipids get “cooked” out of the product. This results in a much cleaner and tastier product referred to as a rosin jam. Another thing that can happen (90% of the time this will be with hash rosin) is called “Crashing”. This is when THC-A “Diamonds” start to form and fall to the bottom of your jar. This is what is referred to as a “Rosin diamond, or, Solvent-less diamond”, and is highly potent. At Natures Fire, we offer both on the menu

Do you guys do CRC? Do you plan on it in the future?

You will NEVER see CRC products from NF. We will not be using CRC Tech for any of our extractions. We believe if you use a high quality starting material, there’s no need for it. We will Never, ever use CRC.
